What is Cleandom?
Cleandom is a Long Beach - based
housekeeping company. Using non-toxic products
such as Simple Green, essential oils, microfiber
cloths (three different colors -> yellow for kitchens,
blue for bathrooms and green for dusting -> so I
further eliminate the spread of germs and bacteria.
Is a long-term contract required for service?
Absolutely not, I can clean weekly, bi-weekly or
when needed.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes, I am and I present that at the walk-through.
What towns do you serve?
I help people here in Long Beach, Seal Beach
and Lakewood.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, I bring everything but if you wish me to use
your vacuum I can do that too.
What should I expect on my first appointment?
A smile, of course! And then I will take a look at
your place and you can tell me how I can help you
and your priorities. I will give you an estimate and
schedule your first cleaning.
What will it cost to have my house cleaned?
Each house is different and the price is based on
the size of your house, time spent there and other
things such as your floor and your pets. Cleandom
is very much pet friendly!
Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?
You do not have to be home. Most of my clients
are not home but of course that is up to you.
However I prefer for the client to be there at the first
visit.
Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, I just ask to let me know at least 48 hours
before so I can re-schedule my day.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
Hopefully that won't happen but if you do find
something you are not happy with just send me an
e-mail within 24hours and I will come back and fix
it.
Do you provide assistance for parties?
I offer before and after party cleanings.
Starting at $50 per hour per person.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning
services?
The payment is required/due the same day before
I start cleaning. You can either pay cash or with a
check and leave it on a visible place.
Are you a franchise?
No, Cleandom is a small Long Beach owned
company. I believe in one on one contact.
What if I would like something cleaned that is
not part of your house cleaning service?
You can always ask me and I will try my best to
help you.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning
products?
You do not have to. I bring all the supplies.
However if you want me to use your vacuum, I will.
Is tipping required?
Tipping is up to you and it is not required.
Do I need to prepare for our service?
You do not have to clean anything but I do ask my
clients to put away toys and other clutter so I can
concentrate on cleaning.
