Cleandom
all green housekeeping
Thank you for your interest in Cleandom.

On this page you will find everything you need in order to decide whether you would like to schedule a FREE walk
through at your home. I always do a free walk-through before the cleaning to give a better estimate, meet with the
client and see if we click. It is extremely important for me to know that we are on the same page ... if I am not your guy
there are plenty of other options for you and I am willing to guide you through.

You may also check my references that are on my
Cleandom blog. Below them is a link that will take you straight to
the yelp page where the original reviews are kept. You can also get a feel of how I work/think on
Thumbtack and
Angie's List.

I'm licensed by the city of Long Beach, insured and bonded.
Cleandom offers a non toxic house keeping which means that all work is done using products that are safer for people,
pets and environment. I currently use products by Simple Green, essential oils, lemon oil, bar keepers friend and
vinegar.

The initial cleaning takes anywhere from 3 to 7 hours
- depending on the size of the home, level of dirt, presence of pets and other factors. The first (initial) cleaning is
priced by the hour$30/hour/per person ($60 per hour per a two person team) and the regular maintenance service
has a fixed price depending on the size of the home, level of dirt, presence of pet, etc.

The general starting rates are as follow:

Initial (first) cleaning - $60 per hour -> 3 hours minimum ($180)

Weekly service (starting on $85) on studios and some 1 bed/1bath
(starting on $100) on 2-3bed/1-2bath

Bi-weekly service (starting on $100) on studios and some 1 bed/1bath
(starting $130) on 2-3bed/1-2bath

On-call service (same price as the initial cleaning)

I generally do not offer monthly service due to possible scheduling conflicts with my regular weekly
and bi-weekly clients at this time.

Cash is required for the first cleaning.

Cleandom might be a good choice for you if:

- You care about your well being and want to go the non-toxic way.

- You want the same person on every visit.

- You are either too tired, not interested, unable or ALL that to clean your home.

- You need people who carry all the good supplies and all the good attitude.

- You have pets and I like pets.

- You do not want a big (inter)national company but local folks.

- You want to protect the environment and the people you love.

- You do not like to use toxic products.

I stay away from Bleach and other strong and toxic products so if you are looking for bleaching your grout
or other areas, have a heavy coat of calcium and water deposits on your glass shower door or/and need a
heavy deep cleaning you may want to option for other companies

(I can help you to look for other companies so you can find the right match).

I also try to connect people with Eco-friendly choices through the Cleandom Green Blog and also through one-on-one
assistance. If you have questions about green living in Long Beach, feel free to send me an e-mail and I will do my best
to help you.

Thank you for considering Cleandom for your Eco-friendly housekeeping needs.
